Paradigm Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a fund management company established in February 2017 to carry out the business of attracting and managing private and institutional investor capital by putting it to use in mixed use developments that would enable communities in Africa to be self sustainable and grow. We have a strong focus on projects in South Africa and Africa which have traditionally been underserved by major financial institutions. We believe the continent offers significant opportunities driven by an increasing number of high-quality companies seeking access to global institutional or private capital, strategic advice and other services. We intend to invest in non-traditional asset classes and follows a growth approach that:

DONOR
FUNDING

Through our international finance partners, we have made donor funds available

to South Africa and the African continent. The funds are specifically for

humanitarian need therefore meaning for infrastructure related projects that are

government owned or municipal, we will execute the project on a BOTM (Build,

Operate, Transfer, Manage) basis.

PROJECT
FINANCE

We provide finance for turnkey projects for both private and government sectors.

Various finance models can be visited due to nature of the project. We finance

infrastructure development, energy, mining, tourism, agricultural, and to name a

few.

PURCHASE
ORDERS

We arrange bridging finance or seed capital for entrepreneurs who have been

awarded contracts to execute work or purchase orders to deliver products or

services to their clients (more emphasis government contracts and government

purchase orders).

MINING

With the mining permit secured, we extract the following commodities: Gold, Iron Ore, Manganese, Diamonds, Chrome, and Limestone. This new division in our company has enabled us to offer a range of services, including Commodity Trade, Plant Hire, Equipment Hire, Geotechnical Studies, and Consultation.

The opportunities that arose from initiating the mining operations have positioned us to participate in and develop community beneficiation programs, focusing on skills development, job creation, and fostering self-sustainable rural and urban environments.
